US Immigration law is a highly complex matter surrounded by many common misconceptions and misinformation. This often puts people off who’re perfectly eligible to enter the US, or the opposite and sends others trying to apply for the incorrect visa, wasting countless hours and cash in the process. And the failure rate for those attempting to apply themselves is far higher than those who’ve experts on hand. This is why obtaining expert guidance in both the consultation and the case itself is highly recommended.
Our US Immigration team offer comprehensive consultations (lasting anywhere from two to three hours) which are designed to ascertain your eligibility for a visa to the United States of America. Because of the vast number of different visas (totaling up to around sixty) it is imperative to have a clear understanding what you are and are not eligible for.
If you have a clear purpose in mind (such as a specific amount of money to invest within a business within the US, I.e. an E-2 visa) the lawyer will check over your proposal and do an assessment on whether or not your application would hold enough merit to be a success.
If you are eligible, the lawyer will tell you which visa or visas you are eligible for and the conditions and criteria for that visa(s). You can then instruct the lawyers to apply for the visa on your behalf.
Conversely, if you are NOT eligible for a visa then the attorney will tell you why not and how you could possibly become eligible in the future.
The consultations are given by expert US Immigration attorneys and are available to be conducted either by telephone or in-person.
